(90)      and confirmed and by these presents doth Grant Bargain
             sell allin Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said George Plater
             and Edmund Jennings their and each of their heirs executors
             and assigns all that Messuage or Tenement now in the possession
             of M.r John Rose in the City of Annapolis standing and being
             on a part of a Lott of Ground in the said city joyining upon the
             the markett square and numbered lately exchanged by the s.d
             Thomas Larkin with Charles Carrell Esq which said Lott is
             Butted and Bounded as Followeth viz.t lying on the north west
             side of Markett Street bounding on the said street on the south east
             and bounding on a Lott now in the Tenure of M.r James Carrell
             on the south west and begining att a stake of the s.d Lott of M.r
             James Carrell standing in the line of Markett Street and running
             with the said street north east sixty two foot to a stake thence
             north west one hundred and fifty one foot and nine inches to
             another stake thence southwest sixty two foot to M.r James Carrell
             Lott af.d then bounding on the same to the first stake containing
             nine thousand four hundred and eight square feet and all the
             s.d part of the said Lott to the said Messuage or Tenement beloinging
             or there.wth usually lett occupyed or enjoyed alsoe all houses
             outhouses edifices buildings stables yards gardens ways easment
             libertys ^and^ appurtenances whatsoever to the messuage and premisses
             belonging or appertaining To Have and to Hold the s.d messuage
             or tenement and the said part of the s.d Lott with all and singular
             the Houses Outhouses and priviledges thereunto belonging and all
             and singular other the premises herein before mentioned and
             intended to be Granted with their and every of their appurtenances
             unto the s.d George Plater and Edmund Jennings their & each of their
             Heirs & Assigns for ever and to and for noe other use intent and purpose
             whatsoever And the s.d Thomas Larkin for himself his Heirs
             Executors Adminstrators and Assigns doth covenant promise
