(88)      to be paid y.e said John Vines doth for himself his heirs
             Executors & Administrators covenant & agree to & with y.e s.d
             John Brown his heirs or assigns that y.e before granted premisses
             with their & every of their appurtenances are free and
             clear & shall & will att all times & for ever hereafter warrant
             & defend y.e same from him y.e s.d John Vines & from his hears
             or assigns or from any persons y.t shall or may lay any clame
             title or intrest to y.e same by from or under him the said John
             Vines or his heirs & it is hereby declared and agreed that all & every
             other assureances to be made or had as af.d shall be & indure & shall
             be adjudged constructed demanded taken & indure to y.e only
             proper use perticlars benifit and behoof of y.e s.d John Brown
             his heirs & ass for ever & lastly the s.d John Vines doth covenant
             for himself his heirs adminestrators and asins to and with him
             the said John Brown his heirs executors adm.rs or assigns
             to acknowldge this deed of sale in the county by himself
             and his wife to the s.d John Brown his hiers or his assigns
             according to law for him the said John Vines is to pay all y.e
             charges of the said land that hass or shall occasion upon the
             land for the worant surveyors fees & the examination fees y.e
             pattent only to be executed In Wittness whereof y.e s.d parties
             have hereunto interchangable set their hands and fixed
             their seal the day and year furs above writen
             signed sealed and delivered

             On the back of the s.d Deed was thus Indorsed viz.t
            
             August 3.d 1725
             Then came the within named John Vines party to the within
             Deed before Samuel Young Esq Cheif Justice of the Prov.ll Court
             and acknowledged the land and premisses therein contained to be
             the wright of the within named John Brown his heir and assignes
