(87)      This Indenture made the third day of August in the eleventh
             year of the Reign of our soveraign Lord George King of Great Britain
             &.r Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and twenty five
             Between John Vines of Annarundell County in the province of
             Maryland planter of the one part & John Brown of Annarundell
             County in said province of Maryland Planter of the other part
             Wittnesseth that the s.d John Vines for and in consideration of the sum
             of five pounds fifteen shillings current money to him in hand paid by the
             said John Brown the receipt whereof the said John Vines doth hereby
             acknowledge and thereof doth fully discharge the said John Brown
             his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs or assignes hath bargained sold aliened
             enfeoffed and confirmed as by these presence he doth for himself
             and his heirs bargain sell alien enfeoffed and confirm unto him the s.d
             John Brown his heirs and assignes for ever all that parsell of Land
             called Bacheldors Hope lying in the county of Baltemore near
             Elk Ridge Begining at two bounded hycory trees and two bounded    
             white oakes and runing south fourteen dg.rs east thirty eight pches then south
             sixty eight deg.rs east eighteen pches thence south sixteen degr.s east
             thirty eight pches thence north sixteen deg.rs est forty pches thence
             north sixty three deg.rs west twenty six pches thence north thirty
             seven deg.rs west seventy pches thence north eighty three deg.rs west
             sixty pchs thence south twenty three deg.rs east forty six pchs then
             with a strate line to the said bounded trees containing and laid out for
             twenty five acres of Land more or less to be held of the manor of  
             Baltemore according to a certificate of a survay therof taken
             and returned into his Lordships Land office bearing Date the
             twenteth day of October on thousand seven hundred & ninteen
             & there remaining together with all rights profits & benefits
             to Have and to hold that track of Land with the appurtenances
             unto the s.d John Brown his heirs and assigns for ever & to no other
             use intent or purpose whatsoever & previliges there unto belonging
             in anywise appertaining to be hold of y.e s.d Cheif Lord of y.e
             Fee or fees by the rents and services due and accustomed
