86      By these Presents Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Release and Confirm
          unto the said Henry Hill his Heirs Executors Adminstrators & Assigns for
          ever all that tract or parcell of Land called Chelsea lying and being in
          S.t Ann's Parish in Middleneck Hundred in Arrundell County exclusive of
          the survey of a tract of Land called James's Hill (but lying adjacent thereto)
          and of all other elder surveys whatsoever with all there Right Title
          Interest Claim and Demand or in any wise appertaining To have and to
          hold all and singular the aforesaid Granted & Bargained Premises unto
          the said Henry Hill his heirs and assigns for ever Free and Absolutely
          Acquitted from the Claim or Demand of them the said Anthony Ruly &
          Rebecca his wife their heirs executors & administrators And from all
          other charge and incumbrance whatsoever saving the Rent that may
          become due to the Lord Propry And they the said Anthony Ruley &
          Rebecca ^his wife^ for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do
          Covenant Grant Bargain & Agree to and with the said Henry Hill
          his heirs executors and administrators that they will for ever warrant
          and defend the aforesaid Premises to him the said Henry Hill his
          heirs executors administrators and assigns against them the said
          Anthony Ruley and Rebecca his wife their heirs executors or Adm.rs
          and against all other persons whatsoever claiming by from or under
          the said Anthony Ruley and Rebecca his wife their heirs Exers
          and Administrators In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents
          have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and

          seven hundred and twenty five Anthony Ruley and Rebecca his wife came
          before me Samuel Young Esq.r Chief Justice of the prov.l Court of Maryland and
          pursuant to the Act of Assembly for the enrollment of conveyances within this
          province acknowledged the within Deed of Bargain & Sale to the use within
          mentioned And the said Rebecca being privately examined acknowledgd her
          free consent thereto without any compulsion whatsoever

          fourteen shillings and four pence current money of Maryland it being in full
