(81)      the said Philip Thomas his heirs & assigns forever all the right
             title claime interest & demand of me the s.d Benjamine Brashears
             of in or to the said surplus & every part of the same & all & singular
             whatsoever is or shall be incident or in anywise appertaining thereto
             together with the originall & all grants or Letters Pattants for or concerning
             the same & all Evidences Deeds Writtings Escripts or Minum.ts concerning
             or respecting the same To Have & To Hold the said surplus and every
             part thereof originall and all grants or Letters Pattents and the whole
             bargained pmises to him the said Philip Thomas his heirs and assigns
             for ever and I the sid Benjamin Brashears for myselfe my heirs
             Ex.rs and Adm.rs covenants and agree to and with the said Thomas
             his heirs and assigns and to and with every of them that I the
             said Benjamine Brashears hath not done committed or suffered
             any act or acts thing or things whatsoever whereby the s.d surplus
             and pmises hereby menconed to be granted or any part therof now
             are or hereafter shall by any manner of wayes or means be
             impeached or incumbered but that the said Philip Thomas shall
             be and is hereby invested with the whole and entire right of
             me the said Benjamine Brashears and that I will forever warrant
             and defend the same against all psons claimeing any right tittle
             or interest therein or thereto from by or under me In Testimony
             whereof I have set my hand and seale this seventh day of Aprill
             Anno Dom 1725
