(75) whatsoever ^will^ well and truly Warrant
and for ever hereafter defend and the said Josiah Jones doth further hereby for himself his Exc.rs Adm.rs convenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Dorsey his heirs and assignes that he the said Josiah Jones and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the Reasonable Costs and Charges in the law of him the s.d Jn.o Dorsey and his heirs ^or^ assignes make doe suffer acknowledge and execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and exemted all such further and other lawfull and reasonable acts things devises or conveyances or assurances in the law whatsoever as by the s.d John Dorsey his heirs or assignes or his or their councill learned in the law shall be reasonably advised or required for the better and more perfect assurance surety and sure makeing of the before menconed tract of land and premisses unto him the s.d John Dorsey his heirs and assignes for ever as a perfect and undefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seales the day & year first above Written signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of John Beale R.d Clagett Josiah J his J Jones seal mark March y.e 6.th 1724 Then Rece.d of the within named Jn.o Dorsey the sum of forty five pounds ster the full consideration within mentioned I say read p Josiah J his Jones mark Test John Beale R.d Clegatt Memorand.m That on this day to witt the 8.th day of March 1724 came before me the subscriber Sam.l Young Cheif Justices of his Lordships prov.ll Court of the province of Maryland the within named Josiah Jones and acknowledged the within Instruement to be his act and deed and the land and pmisses therein contained |
