(74)      presents the Receipt whereof he the said Josiah Jones
             Doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe therewith fully satisfied
             and paid thereof and of every partt and parcell thereof
             Doth clearly acquit exonerate and discharge the said John
             Dorsey his heirs executors and adm.rs for her by these presents
             Hath Given Granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and
             confirmed and doth by these presents for himself and his
             heirs ^give^ grant bargaine and sell aline enfeoff and confirme
             unto him the said John Dorsey his heirs and assignes for
             her all that tract or parcell of land called push pinn
             situate lyeing and being in Baltemore County originally
             Surveyed and Granted unto John Jones of Baltemore
             County deced father to the s.d Josiah Jones one of the parties
             to these presents for two hundred acres more or less as by
             the af.d survey and grant referaine being thereto had may
             more fully and at large appeare To have and to hold the
             af.d tract of land and pmesses with all and singular the
             appurtenances thereto belonging unto the s.d John Dorsey his
             heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoof
             of him the s.d John Dorsey his heirs for ever more and to no other
             use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Josiah Jones
             Doth hereby for himself and his heires Executors and Adm.rs and
             every of them covenant promise grant and agree to and with
             the said John Dorsey his heires Executors Adm.rs and assignes
             that he the s.d Josiah Jones and his heirs Executors and Adm.rs
             the said tract of land and premisses and all and singular the
             appurtenances freely and clearly acquited exonerated and all
             discharged of and from all former and other gifts grants
             bargain sales joyntures dowers titles of dower statutes
             Recognizances Judgments Executions Extents wills entailes
             and of and from all other Incumbrances whatsoever the
             Rents from henceforth to become due to the Lord of the fee
             only excepted unto the said John Dorsey his heirs and assignes
             for ever from and against him the s.d Josiah Jones his heirs
             and assignes and from and against all other persons
