(73)      equity & before any Judge officer or Magistrate in the s.d province
             pursuant to an act of assembly in the s.d province made and provided
             made & provided & to acknowledg the within written Indenture
             of Release & the Indenture of bargain & sale for a year therein
             recited or mentioned to be ^duly^ Executed by me the s.d Thomas Bladen
             & that the manor Lands Tenements & Hereditaments in the s.d
             Indentures co^m^prized are ^and are^ to remaine & ^be^ to the use of the within named
             Thomas Colmore & his heirs subject to the proviso or condition in the
             within written Indenture of release mentioned & for your so doing
             this shall be to you or any one of you or to any other Attorney or
             Attorneys as af.d your his or their sufficient warrant and it ^In^ Wittness
             whereof I the said Thomas Bladen have hereunto sett my hand
             and seale this twenty Eight day of July 1724

             Then came Edmund Jenings Esq on of the attorneys of the provincal
             Court of Maryland before me Thomas Addison Esq one of his Lordships
             Justices of the same Court and in pursuance of the Power of
             Attorney Indorsed on this Deed acknowledged the same Deed and
             the Land and pmisses therein menconed to Thomas Colmore the
             Grantee according to the direcons of the act of assembly in such
             cases provided

Maryland fs This Indenture made this sixth day of March in the
             year of our Lord God seventeen hundred and Twenty four
             Between Josiah Jones of prince Georges County planter of the
             one part and John Dorsey sonn of Edward of Baltemore
             County planter of the one parte Wittnesseth that the s.d Josiah
             Jones for and in consideration of the same of forty five pounds
             sterl money to him in hand paid or semed to be paid by the s.d
             John Dorsey at and before the sealing and Delivery of these
