(71) and other the premisses before mentioned
with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Colemore his heires and assigns forever as shall in that behalf by the said Thomas Colemore his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns or his or their councill learned in the law be reasonably devised or devised and required be it by fine or Fines Feofment or Feofments common recovery or recoverys with one or more voucher or vouchers lease and release Bargain and seale or by all and every or any of the ways and means af.d or by any other legal ways or means whatsoever so as he she and they or any of them be not compelled or compellable to travell further then tenn miles from his or their ^place or^ places of and abode for doing the same and that it shall and may be lawfull to and for the s.d Thomas Colemore his heirs and assignes from time to time and at all times after default shall be made in the paiment of the said sum of three hundred seventy Nine pounds eleven shillings and three pence or any part thereof peaceably and quietly to have hold and enjoy the s.d mannor or Lordship or reputed manor or Lordship and pmisses with the appurtenances and the yearly and other rents issues and profitts thereof to receive and take to his and their own use and uses without the lawfull lett molestation or hindrance of the said Thomas Bladen or any other person or persons whatsoever and that free and their ^clear^ and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of & from all former and other Guifts Grants Bargains Sales Leases Assignments Judgments Recognizances Executions Extents Debts due to the Kings Majesty and of and from all other titles troubles Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever And it is hereby Covenanted and agreed by and between the s.d parties to these presents that untill default shall be made of or in the payment of the said sum of three hundred seventy nine pound eleven shillings & three pence or sum part thereof contrary to the true intent ^and^ meaning of the s.d proviso and of these presents it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Thomas Bladen his heirs and assignes peaceably and quietly to hold and enjoy the s.d manor or Lordships or reputed manor or |
