(72) Lordships and other the premisses and the
rents issues and profitts thereof to receive and take to his and there own use and uses without any lett ^or^ interuption of the s.d Thomas Colmore or any other the person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him in Wittness whereof the s.d parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seale the day and year first above writtin Thomas Bladen seal On the back of the s.d Deed was thus Indorst sealed and delivered (being first duly stampt) in the presence of William Lax Will.m Mudge Will.m Richardson Received the day and year first within written of and from the within named Thomas Colmore the sum of three hundred and seventy pounds six shillings and three pence being the consideration money within mentioned to be paid to me I say Received by me Present Thomas Bladen Will.m Lax Will.m Mudge Will.m Richardson March the 25.th 1725 Then came before me James Sted ^Stoddart^ Esq one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Capn William Richardson one of y.e subscribing evidences to the within deed being one of the peopell called Quakers and solemly affirmed according to law that he s.d ^said^ Thomas Bladen party thereto seale & delivere the same as his act & deed and also the warr.t of atty hereon indorsed Attestat coram me die & anno suprd James Stoddart To Thomas Larkin and Daniel Delany Esq.r Attorneys in the province of Maryland in America or any other Attorney in the same province jointly & severally These are to define & authorize you ^you^ or any one of you or any other attorney in the said province of Maryland jointly & severally to appear for me ^the^ within named Thomas Bladen in any Court of Law or |
