(70)      and place before appointed for paiment thereof without
             any deduction or abatement as af.d And that the s.d
             Thomas Bladen at the time of the sealing and delivery of
             these presents is seized of and in the said manor or Lordship
             ^or reputed mannor or Lordship^ and other the premisses with the appurtenances of a good
             perfect absolute and indef^eaz^ible Estate of Inheritance in
             in Fee simple to his own proper use and benefitt without
             any condition limitation contingency use or trust or any
             other cause matter or things whatsoever to alter or determine
             the same and that the s.d Thomas Bladen hath in hime
             good right full power and lawfull and absololute authority
             to grant bargain sell release ali^e^ne and confirm the said
             manor or Lordships or reputed mannor or Lordship and other
             the premisses and every part and parcell thereof with their
             and every of their appurtenances unto the said Thomas
             Colemore his heirs and assignes in manner and forme af.d
             and also that in case default shall happen to be made
             of or in paiment of the s.d sum of three hundred
             seventy nine pounds eleven shillings & three pence or any
             part thereof at the time and place herein before appointed
             for paiment thereof contrary to the provisoe covenant
             and agreement af.d and the true intent and meaning of
             these presents that the said Thomas Bladen and all and
             every other persons and persons haveing or lawfully
             claiming any estate right title or interest of in or to the
             beforementioned premisses or any part of them shall and
             will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon
             the reasonable request of the said Thomas Colemore his heirs
             Executors Adm.rs or assigns but at the costs and charges of
             the said Thomas Bladen his heires Executors Adm.rs and
             assignes make do and execute or cause and procure to be
             made done and executed all and every such further and other
             reasonable and lawfull act and acts thing and things
             assurance and assureances in the law whatsoever for
             the better more perfict and absolute conveying and assureing
             the said manor or Lordships or reputed manor or Lordship
