(69) and to hold the said manor or Lordship or
reputed manor or Lordship and other Lands Tenements hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses and every part and parcel thereof with theire and every of theire Rights members and appurtenances unto the said Thomas Colemore his heirs and assigns for ever provided always and upon this condition nevertheless that of the said Thomas Bladen his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns shall on or before the twenty eighth day of January next ensueing the Date of these presents well and truely pay or cause to be paid unto the s.d Thomas Colmore his Executors Administrators and Assigns or some of Them of Them in the Common dineing hall of Grays Inn in the County of Middlesex the full and just sume of three hundred Twenty nine pounds eleven shillings & Three pence of lawfull money of Great Britain being the same sum mentiond in the Condition of an Obligation of the penalty of Eight hundred pounds bearing ^even^ date with these presents without and deduction detection ^defalcation^ or abatement whatsoever for or on account of any taxes charges or impositions allready taxed charged or imposed or hereafter to be taxed charges or upon ^imposed upon^ the premisses or any of them or on the said sum of three hundred seventy nine pounds eleven shillings and three pence or any part thereof by authority of parliament or by act of assembly or otherwise howsoever that then and from thence forth this present Indenture of release and the Estate by the same granted or conveyed shall cease determin and be utterly void to all Intents ^Intents^ and purposes any thing herein contained to the contrary there of in any wise notwithstanding And the s.d Thomas Bladen for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant promis and grant to and with the said Thomas Colemore his Executors and Administrators that he the said Thomas Bladen his heirs Executors Adm.rs or assignes shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Colemore his Executors or Administrators the s.d sume of three hundred ^seventy nine^ pounds eleven shillings and three pence at the time |
