7)     had made or done before the Sealing and delivery
        hereof and lastly that he the said John Yarnshaw Doth
        Covenant Promise & Grant and agree that him self and his
        heirs shall and will at any time hereafter make do acknowledge
        suffer and Execute all and Every such further and oy.r act and
        acts thing or things as by the said Amos Garrett his heirs
        or assigns shall be reasonably devised advised or Required
        Provided allways and it is the true Intent & meaning
        of these psents that in Case the said John Yarnshaw or his
        assigns shall at or upon the Twenty first day of aprill w.ch
        shall be in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
        and Twenty six Pay or Cause to be p.d to the said Amos Garrett
        his heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs or assigns the sume of twenty
        five pounds sterl money of Great Brittain by good Bills of
        Ex.cd four to the sells to the Likeing of the said Amos Garrett
        Drawn at 20 days sight on some Responsible Merc.tt in London
        in Great Brittain and the s.d Bills of Exch.a be there duly accepted
        and p.d to the said Amos Garrett or his order That then
        this Deed and every Cause & article therein and the Estate
        hereby made shall Cease Determine and be Voyd to all
        Intents & purposes In Wittness whereof the s.d Parties
        have hereunto interchangably set to their hands & seals the
        Day and year on y.e oy.r side first above written
