assigned and conveyed over to John Yarnshaw party to this deed with all the appurtenances to the same or any of them belonging To have and to Hold the said Tract of Land called Murpheys adventure &c.a containing Two hundred and fifty acres and premisses with all and singular the woods underwoods fruit Trees nuriseries pastures meadows Houses and out houses &c.a unto him the s.d Amos his heires and assignes forever and the said John Yarnshaw doth for him self his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs hereby covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the said Amos Garrett his heires & assigns that he the said John Yarnshaw is at the perfection hereof seized of an absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple and in the s.d bargained premisses and every part thereof not to be defeated or defeazanced by any attainder or attanders Judgment or Judgments statute Marchant or of the Staple recognizance former deed or deeds or any matter or things whatsoever and that the said Amos Garrett and his heirs or assigns shall Continue and be seized of all and singular the before mentioned bargained premisses of a good Lawfull perfect absolute sole and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple to the said Amos Garrett his heires and assigns own proper Use and behoofe without any condition Mortgage limitation of use or uses or any other things to alter change determine or incumber the same or any part or parcell thereof and that he the said John Yarnshaw will for ever hereafter warrant and defend the same Two hundred and fifty acres of Land &c.a Called Murphey's Adventure Lying in Baltemore County unto him the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assigns against all and every manner of person ^or persons^ whatsoever claiming any Interest to the wholle One Tract or any part or parts thereof by the Lands running into Elder or more ancient surveys or otherwise as also any person ^or persons^ Claiming from by or under him the said John Yarnshaw as also from all former Bargains sales Joynters Dowers statutes Judgments & Recognizances arrearages of Rent forfeitures and all oy.r Charges and Incumbrances |
