8)   Then came the above named Jn.o Yarnshaw and Elizabeth
       his Wife before me Sam.l Young Cheif Justices of the Prov.ll
       Court of this Province and the said Elizabeth being Examined
       out of the hearing of her husband declared she Consented
       of her own free will to the making our of the herein
       mentioned Land &c.a and the said John Yarnshaw
       to be the right of the Within Named Amos Garrett his
       heires and assigns forever according to Act of Assembly
       In that Case made and Provided

       This Indenture made the Nineteenth day of
       May Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
       and twenty four Between John Burgess of Ann
       Arundell County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter and Jane his wife lately Called Jane
       Maclefresh of y.e one part and Samuell Deale of
       London Town of the same County and province
       of Maryland of the Other part Wittnesseth
       That Whereas a Certain David Maclefresh
       the father of the said Jane party to these presents
       was seized in his life time and at the time of his
       Death of all that tract or parcell of Land Called
       Cross his forrest Lying Near Patuxant River   
       Begining at a bounded poplar standing in
       the side of a small branch falling into a branch
       of Patuxant Called Ridgley's great Branch and
       running from the s.d Tree North West one
       hundred ninety four perches to two bounded white
       oake standing on the west side of a small bran
       branch falling into Elk horne branch then
       North East fifty pearches to a bounded red
       oak then North west two hundred sixty
       five pearches to a bounded Span Oak standing
       near the head of a savanah Then south
       west One hundred fifty two pearches to a
