(68)      and discharge the said Thomas Colmore his Executors and Administrators
             for ever by these presents he the said Thomas Bladen hath granted
             bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents
             doth grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said
             Thomas Colemore in his actual possession now being by vertue of a
             bargain and sale to him thereof made for one whole year by the
             said Thomas Bladen in consideration of five shillings by Indenture
             bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these
             presents and executed before the sealing and deliverey
             hereof and by force of the statute for transferring uses
             into possession and his heirs all that the maner or Lordship or
             reputed manor or Lordship called Kentfort Manor scituate lyeing
             and being in Kent Island in the province of Maryland in
             America and all the Lands Tenements and hereditaments of him
             the said Thomas Bladen to the said manor or Lordship or reputed
             manor Lordship beloinging or appertaining together with all
             and singular the houses Outhouses Edifices B^u^ildings Barns
             Stables Erections Structures Gardens Ways easements Water
             Watercourses Courts Baron Courts Leet perquisites and profitts
             of Courts view of frants pledge waifes estrays deodands Goods of
             Felons and Fugitives fines amerciaments and all other Royalties
             priviledges Liberties profitts commodities advantages appendances and
             appurtenances whatsoever to the said manor or Lordships or reputed
             manor or Lordship and other the premisses or any ^of^ them beloinging
             or in any wise appeartaining or therewith used or enjoyed or accepted
             reputed taken or known as part parcell or member thereof And the
             Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
             and profitts thereof and all the estate right title interest use
             possession property benefit trust claim and demand whatsoever
             both in law and equity of him the said Thomas Bladen of in and
             to the premisses and every part and parcell thereof with all and
             every Letters patents Grants surveys Warrants Court roles Copies
             of Record Certificates evidences Deeds Escripts Charters Writings and
             Minuments whatsoever ^touch^ing or concerning the premisses
             or any part thereof which are in the hands custody or possession of
             the said Thomas Bladen or in the hands custody or possession
             of any other person or persons whatsoever to his use or by his
             delivery or which he can lawfully get or come by To have
