(67) hereof for and dureing the time of one
whole year from thence forth next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended yelding and paying therefore the yearly rent of one pe^r^ person att the Feast of Saint Micha^e^l the Archangel only if the same be Lawfully demanded to the intent that by vertue of these presents and of the statute for transferring uses into possession the said Thomas Colemore may be in the actual possession of the premisses and thereby be enabled to accept of a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs In Wittness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written sealed and delivered being first duly stampt in the presence of W.m Lax W.m Mudge W.m Richardson Thomas Bladen seal On the Back of which aforegoing Instrum.t was thus endorst viz.t Sealed & delivered being first duly stap^m^t in presence of William Lax Will.m Mudge Will.m Richardson 25.th March 1725 Then came before me James Stoddert Esq.r one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court Cap.t Will.m Richardson one of the subscribeing evidences to the within Deed being one of the people called Quakers and solem^n^ly affirmed according to Law that he saw Thomas bladen seal & deliver the same as his act & Deed Recorded June 17 1725 James Stoddert x.d This Indenture made the twenty eighth Day of July in the tenth year of the Reign of our soveraign Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith &c.a and in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty four Between Thomas Bladen of the parish of S.t James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx Esq of the one part and Thomas Colmore of the City of London Merchant of the other part Wittnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred & seventy pounds six shillings & three pence of lawfull money of Great Britain to the said Thomas Bladen in hand well and truly paid by the said Thomas Colmore before the execution of these presents the receipt whereof the said Thomas Bladen doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth hereby acquitt |
