(65) whatsoever of in or unto the
aforementioned to be granted Land and premisses by from or under him the said Vachel Denton or ^his^ heirs or under any Bargain or sale at any time made by Henry Denton father to the said Vachel of the Land and premisses af.d or any part or parcell thereof as also from the Land of any Elder or a^n^cient survey shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter Defend by these presents the Rents and services hereafter growing Due to the Cheif Lord of the only excepted and foreprized and the said Vachel Denton Doth hereby further for himself his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs Covenant Promise grant to and agree to and with the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Vachel Denton and his heirs shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter at the reasonable request cost and charges in the Law of him the said William Worthington his heirs or assignes make do acknowledge suffer an execute or cause to be ^so^ done or so suffered all or any such further and other Reasonable act or acts thing or things conveyances or assurance in the Law whatsoever as by the said William Worthington his heirs or assignes or his or their council larned in the Law shall be Reasonable advised surely and sure Making of all and singular the intended to be hereby Bargained Land and premisses and every part and parcell thereof unto him the s.d William Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the parties to these presents In Wittness whereof the Party first above named hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above Written signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Vachel Denton Samuel Young Henry Ridgly James Powell On the aforegoing Deed was thurs indorst viz.t Aprill y.e second 1725 Then Received of the above menconed Will.m Worthington the sum of one hundred pounds ster being the full consideration money for the land and premisses above mentioned I say recd p me Tes.t Samuel Young Henry Ridgly Vachel Denton James Powell Aprill y.e second 1725 The above mentioned Vachel Denton acknowledged the above instruement as his act and deed and the land and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the above named W.m |
