(64) Ex.d This Indenture made the second day of
Aprill Anno Domini seventeen hundred and Twenty five Between Vachel Denton of the City of Annapolis Gent of the one part and William Worthington of Ann Arundell County on the province af.d Gent of the other part Wittnesseth that the s.d Vachel Denton for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said William Worthington the receipt whereof he the said Vachel doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and from every part and parcell thereof Doth hereby fully and absolutely acquit Exonerate and Discharge him the s.d Will.m Worthington his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs hath Given Granted Bargained Sole Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien enffeofe and confirm unto him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever all that tract or parcell of Land called Warren Lying and ^being^ in Cecil County in the province afd Begining at a bounded oake red oake being the Westermost bound of a parcell of Land called Clifton Land out for John Browning standing on the West side of a small Branch and Running West sixty perches then West and by South One hundred perches to a bounded White Oake standing upon the side of a hill Nigh the head of a small cove the^n^ South Three hundred and seventy perches to a Marked hiccory then South seventy Two perches till it Intersect the said Clifton then binding on the said Intersection to the first menconed bounds containing and Laid out for four hundred and fifty four acres of Land more or Less Together with all houses plantation fences Improvements and all manner of appurtences to the same beloinging or in any wise appertaining To have and To hold the same Land and premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the s.d W.m Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of him the s.d W.m Worthing^ton^ his heirs and assignes for ever and to no other use Intent or purpose ^whatsoever^ And the said Vachel Denton doth hereby for himself his heirs Execut.rs and Ad.rs and every of them Covenant promis^e^ grant and agree to and with the said W.m Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever That the the s.d Vachel Denton and his heirs the afd mentioned to be Granted Land and premisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof to him the s.d W.m Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever from and against him the s.d Vachel Denton and his heirs and from and against all Manner of parsons Lawfull claiming or to claime any title interest property claime or Demand |
