59)     that the said Henry Ridgley and John Gardner or either of them, they or either of them
          heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs May or shall sustain by occasion of the premisses and the Overplus
          (if any) to be paid to the said James Powell his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes any equity
          of Redemption or Right of Equity to the Contrary Notwithstanding In Wittness
          whereof the said James Powell hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day &
          year first above written

          On the Back of w.ch aforegoing deed was thus Endorst

       Aprill the second 1725 Then Came before me the subscriber one of the justices of
          his Ldps Prov.l Court the within mentioned James Powell party to the within deed
          and acknowledged the within Mentioned Lands and premisses to be the Right
          of the within named Henry Ridgley & John Gardner according to the Tennor
          of the same deed Pursuant to the act of assembly in such cases made and
          Provided      Cap.t & Cogn Die & Anno supradict Coram me

          Know All Men by these presents that we Richard Banks and Margaret
          the wife of said Richard Banks of Calvert County in the
          Province abovesaid for and in Consideration of the sum of sixty pounds
          sterling in hand Paid before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
          the receipt whereof the said Richard & Margaret doth hereby acknowledge
          and of every Part and Parcell thereof fully satisfied Have bargained
          and sold And by these presents do bargain and sell &
          Deliver unto Gunder Erickson of Prince George County in the province
          aforesaid Merchant one Negro Man Named William and
          One Negro Woman Named Pegg and a Negro Child born of the
          said Pegg Named Harry which Negroes we as aforesaid do
          warrant and Defend to him the said Gunder Erickson his heirs
          and assignes for ever As wittness our hands and seals this
          twenty first day of April Anno Dom 1725
