(523)    said Ephraim Augustine Herman and his heirs the afores.d
             Land and Premisses with the appurtenances to the Said
             Vachel Denton his heirs & assigns ag.t him the Said
             Ephraim Augustine & his heirs and all Other Persons Claiming
             or to Claim by from or under him or them shall &
             will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents Alsoe
             that the said Vachel Denton his heirs and assigns shall
             and May at all times hereafter have hold Occupy
             Possess and Enjoy the aforesaid Land with the appurtenances
             without the Let trouble or molestation of him
             the said Ephraim Augustine Herman his heirs or assigns
             And further the said Ephraim Augustine Herman alsoe
             Covenant.s that he or his heirs at any time within three
             years from the Date hereof at the reasonable request
             and at the Charge of the said Vachel Denton his heirs or
             assigns will make to him any Other Conveyance Agreeable
             to the true intent and Meaning hereof for the
             Better and more effectual Conveying the above Mentioned
             Land and Premisses to him the said Vachel Denton his heirs
             or assigns In Witness whereof the Parties above Mencond
             have hereunto Put their hands & seales the day & year
             first above Mentioned
