Calvert County near Fishing Creek now in the possession of Alixander Frazer by a Lease from the Attorneys in fact of the said Hyde & heretofore Mortgadged that is to say on oe about the Fourteenth day of January seventeen hundred & four to the said John Hyde by Thomas Sterling father of the af.d Christiean as security for the payment of Three hundred & thirty four pounds four shillings & five pence sterling with the legall Interest thereon which said Mortgadge was on the first day of December seventeen hundred & twenty four assigned by the Attorny in fact of said Hyde to the said Alexander Adair & Christean his Wife To have and To hold the Land and premisses af.d with all and singular the Improvements Conveniencies & Advantages thereon or there^to^ belonging or in any ways apertaining unto him the said John Hyde his heires & assignes for ever to his the said Hydes his heires & assignes only behoofe as af.d And they the said Alexander Adair & Christiean his wife Doe for themselves & each of them their & each of them their heires Ex.rs & Administrations Covenant promise grant & Agree to & with the said John Hyde his heires and assignes the Land & premisses af.d against them said Alixander Adair & Christiean his wife them and each of ^then their & Each of^ their heires as also against all other persons whatsoever for ever hereafter ^to^ Warrant and Defend And further they the said Alexander Adair & Christian his Wife Doe for themselves them ^and^ each of them their ^&^ each of their heirs Covenant promise grant & agree to and with the said John Hyde his heires & assignes that they the said Alexander Adair & Christiean his wife them and each of them their & each of their heirs shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter at the Reasonable request and at the Cost & Charge in the ^law^ of him the said John Hyde his heirs & assignes Doe make acknowledge suffer & Execute any further Deed or Instruement in Writing or doe any other legall Act such as the said John Hyde his heires or Assignes his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably Devise Advise or require for the further & better assurance suretey & suremaiking the Land & premisses af.d unto him the said John Hyde his heires & assignes for ever Whereas Thomas Sterling af.d Did by his Deed Indented bearing date on or about the Fourteenth day of January seventeen hundred & four Convey & make over the af.d tract of Land Caled Majors Choice as also four Negroes unto the af.d John Hyde his heires & assignes for ever Incon^si^deration of Three hundred & |
