(509) x.d This Indenture made the first day of January in
                the Year of Our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and
                Thirty Between Mordicaie Price of Baltemore
                County in the Province of Maryland planter of the
                one part and Robert Gordon of the City of Annapolis
                in said province merchant of the other part Witnesseth
                that the said Mordicaie Price for and in Consideration
                of the sume of Two pounds Two Shillings and Six pence
                Current Money to him paid and secured to be paid by the
                said Robert Gordon on the receipt whereof the Said
                Mordicaie Price Doth hereby acknowledge he the
                said Mordicaie Price hath Granted Bargained Sold
                Aliend and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant
                bargain sell aliene and confirm unto the said Robert
                Gordon his heirs and assigns for ever all that Lott of
                Land Lying in Baltemore Town in Baltemore County
                aforesaid N.o Fifty five Begining at a Stake Numbered
                Fifty Five and running thence south seventeen Perches
                and three Quarters of a perch thence south seventy
                five degrees east seven perches and three Quarters of a
                perch thence North Nineteen perches & three Quarters
                of a perch thence to the Begining Stake Containing by
                Estimation one hundred and Forty square perches and three
                Quarters of a square perch more or less and alsoe all
                the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand
                Whatsoever of him the said Moricaie Price of in and to
                the premisses and every part thereof To have & to hold
                all and singular the said premisses above mencond and
                every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
                thereof unto the said Robert Gordon his heirs and assigns
                for ever and the said Mordicaie Price for himselfe his
                heirs Executors & Administrators doth Covenant promise
                Bargain and Agree the said Lott of Land and Premisses
                and every part thereof against him and his heirs
                and Against all and every other person and persons
                whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him
                the said Mordecaie Price or by from or under his heirs
                Executors Administrators or Assigns for ever to the
                said Robert Gordan his heirs and assigns for ever shall
