             In Witness whereof the said Mordicaie Price to these Presents
             hath set his hand and seale the day and year first above

             On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed
             vizt
                            Memorandum that on the first day of January
             One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Came Mordicaie
             Price before us two of his Lordships Justices for Baltemore
             County in the Province of Maryland and acknowledged
             the within Lott of Land and Premisses to be the right
             Title and Estate of the within Named Robert Gordon
             his heirs and assignes for ever and at the same time
             Came Elizabeth Price Wife of the said Mord^i^caie Price
             who being privately Examined out of the hearing of her
             said Husband did freely voluntarily and without fear
             threats or Compulsions of her said Husband renounce
             and relinquish all her right of Dower of in and to the
             Within Mention Lott of Land and Premisses to the within
             named Robert Gordon his heirs and assignes for Ever
             according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within
             Written Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Cases
             made and provided before us
