             M.r Rousby M.r John Midford a Merchant of this City lately Deceased being
             Considerably Indebted to his Majesty upon Bonds for the Duties on Tobacco and an Extent having
             been taken out against the said Midford Inclosed we Transmit You the Exemplification
             of the said Extent & Inquisicon thereon under the Great Seal of the Exchequer And we Direct you to
             Cause it to be Entered in the Provincial Court in Your Province or any other Court You shall think
             Necessary and Give Immediate Notice to the Several Debtors to pay in their respective Debts to You and
             You are to Give Receipts for what Money shall be paid into Your hands by any of the said Debtors and
             forthwith remit the same to Henry Salwyn Esq.r Receiver General of his Majestys Customs or the receiver
             General for the time being by Good Bills of Exchange and in Case you receive any Goods of the produce & growth
             of America you are to Ship the same for this part Consigned to M.r Thomas Scott husband of the 4 & 1/2 plant or the
             Husband of the said Duty in the Port of London for the time being sending him an Invoyce and Bill of Lading for
             the same and Give us advice thereof and you are from time to time to Transmit us an Account of Your proceedings
             herein
                                                 Inclosed You will also receive a Letter to M.r Ambler Coll.r of York River in Virginia
             with the like Directions And when you have Effectually Complyed with our Orders herein as far out
             You can in Your province You are Immediately to forward the Exemplifications & Letters to M.r Ambler
