(48) that freed and discharged of and from all
former and other gifts grants bargains sales Joyntures Dowers Tittles of Dower statutes Executions Judgments Executions fines fees forfietures rents arrea^ra^ges of Rent Except what shall hereafter grow due to the Cheif Lord of the fees and of and from all other charges and Incumbrances whatsoever And also that he the said Be^n^jamine and his heirs Executors and Adm.rs the aforementioned to be bargained Lands and premisses with their appurtences and the aforementioned goods Chattles with their Increase unto him the s.d John Taillor his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assignes respectively from and Against all maner of persons whatsoever shall and will warrant the said Be^n^jamine and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter on failure of paying the severall sums herein after mentioned at the severall days and times herein after mentioned And on the reasonable request of him the said John Tayllor his heirs or assignes and at the proper Costs and charge of him the said Benjamine and his heirs Executors or Adm.rs make do acknowledge suffer and Execute or cause so to be done or suffered All such further and other reasonable Act or Acts thing or things Devices conveyances or Assurance in the Law whatsoever for the further and better assurances surety and sure making of All and singular the p.rmisses unto him the said John Taillor his heires or assignes according to the true intent and meaning of these presents as by the said John Taillor his heirs or assignes or his or their Councel learnd in the Law shall be reasonable advised devised or required And the said Benjamine hath delivered unto the Attorney in fact of the s.d John Taillor within this province for the use of the said John Taillor according to the treue intent and meaning of these presence and in Execution thereof the severall goods Chattles aforementioned provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of the parties to these psents that in case the said Benjamine his heirs Executors or Adm.rs shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the said John Taillor his Executors Adm.rs or assignes the full and just sum of three hundred thirty and Nine pounds sterl by four Annual Equal payments at the severall days and times following viz.t one fourth part of the said sume on or before the fourth day of September which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty |
