(47) appurtenances in the whole four hundred
forty and two acres with the appurtenances and also for the Considerations af.d sold assigned transfer^r^ed and made over and doth by these presents sell assigne transfer make over and deliver unto him the said John Taillor his Executors Adm.rs and assignes all and every the Negroes Goods and Chattles following that is to say one Negroes Man called Peter about forty years old Jupter about thirty years old Philip about twenty years old one Negroe woman Sarah about thirty years old one ditto Sue about twenty years old all being on the Dwelling plantation of him the said Benjamine on the Land called Londee in prince Georges County af.d Also one other Negro Man Joshua aboute fifty years old a woman Jane about thirty five years old ^a boy Bill about Five years old &^ a boy Joshua about two years old all being on the Land plantation called Godfathers Gift also two white servants James mason and William Pace also thirty five head of hornd Cattle markt with a Cropp and hole in the Left year and two slitts in the Right Ear Also thirty head of hoggs of the same mark and Eighteen head of sheep All which Cattle hoggs and shep sheep are upon his the said Benjamine's Land in prince Georges County To have & to hold all the aforementioned to be granted Lands and tenements with their appurtences unto him the said John Taillor his heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Taillor his heirs assignes for ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And also to have and to hold all the before mentioned Negroes Goods Chattles with their and every of their Increase unto him the said John Taillor his Executors and Adm.rs & assignes for ever as his and their own proper Good and Chattles And the said Benjamine doth hereby for himself and his heires Executors and Adm.rs Covenant promise grant and Agree to and with the said John Taillor his heirs Executors Adm.rs and assignes That he the said Benjamine at and before the ensealing and Delivering of these presents is and stands Lawfully siezed of a good sure indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in fee simple oftn and unto the af.d severall tracts of Lands and premisses with their Appurtences And that he the said Benjamine now hath in himself good Right full power and Absolute Authority to alien bargaine sell and convey the same Lands and premisses and also the goods and Chattles af.d unto him the John Tayllor his heirs Executors Adm.rs and asignes in Manner af.d And also that he the said John Taillor his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assignes shall and ^may^ Respectively from time to time and at All times for ever hearafter have hold use Occupy possess and Enjoy the ^a^foresaid Lands and tenements with the appurtenances and also the af.d Goods and Chattles with their Increase with out the Lett suit trouble Interruption or disturbance of him the s.d Benjamine his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assignes or of any other persons or persons whatsoever and |
