(49) five one other fourth part on or before
the fourth day of September which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty six and one other fourth part of the said sume on or before on or before the fourth day of September which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven and the remaining fourth part on or before the fourth day of September which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty Eight without any Deduction or abatement according to the condition of one bond or obligation bearing Equal date herewith wherein the said Benjamine is and standeth bound unto the said John Taillor in the penall sume of six hundred seventy and Eight pound sterling That thence ^from thence^ forth These presents and Every article Clause Matters and things herein contained shall be utterly void and of no Effect And the said Benjamine Belt his heirs Executors or Adm.rs be fully and respectively siesed and possessed of all and singular the hereby granted premisses to all intents and purposes as if these presents had now or been made any thing herein contained to the contrary thereof in any wise not withstanding provided also and it is the true and meaning of the parties to these p.rsents that notwithstanding the said John Taillor and his Attorney being Lawfully and actually seised and possessed of the real personal Estate aforesaid It shall and may be Lawfull for him the said Benjamine his Heirs Exect.rs and Administrat.rs to have hold occupy possess and enjoy the same without sale imbezilment or wast as fully and freely as if these p.rsents had never been made Untill the Breach of the several Payments aforesaid shall happen In Wittnesse whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seales the day and year first above written Benjamin Belt seale On the back of the said Deed was thus in Dorsed sealed and delivered in presence of Philip Lee Samuel Burgess Prince Geo County The within mentioned Benjamine Belt Acknowledges the within Instrument as his Act and deed According to Act of Assembly also Elizabeth the wife of the said Benjamine being secretly examined out of the hearing of her said husband Acknowledges her free |
