(471)    Thence running South for Two Hundred Thirty four perches
             to the side of S.t Charles's Branch aforesaid and with the said
             Branch to the first Bound Tree Containing Two hundred
             and Fifty Acres of Land To Have and to hold unto
             Him the said Daniel Carroll his heirs and assigns fro ever
             The said two Tracts of Land with all Houses Orchards Improvements
             Appurtenances Privilidges and Comodities to them
             Belonging or in any ways appertaining to him the Said
             Daniel Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever to and for the
             onely proper use and Behoof of him the said Daniell
             Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever And to no other
             use ^intent^ or Meaning whatsoever And the said Joseph Wilson
             for him his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
             covenant and agree to and with him the said Daniel that he
             the said Joseph at the time of the ensealing and delivery
             of these presents hath good right full power and Lawfull
             Authority to alien and confirm the said Bargained Premisses
             And further that he the said Joseph will from
             Time to times and at all times hereafter Warrant and
             Defend the said Two Tracts of Land with the appurtenances
             to him the said Daniel Carroll his heirs and assigns
             for Ever as well against him the said Joseph or any of
             by from or under him Claiming as against all manner
             of persons and Claims whatsoever And the said Joseph
             doth ^further^ Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Daniel
             That he the said Joseph will at the reasonable request of
             him the said Daniel Carroll doe and Execute and suffer
             To be done and Executed any ^other or^ further Act Deed or Conveyance
             in the Law for the further and more sure makeing over
             and Confirming the said Bargained Premisses with their
             appurtenances unto the said Daniel Carroll his Heirs
             and assignes for Ever that he or they or his or their Learned
             Councill in the Law shall Devise or Advise Provided
             Nevertheless and it is the true intent and Meaning of
             these presents that if or in Case he the said Joseph Wilson
             his heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do well &
             Truly Pay and sattisfye unto him the said Daniel Carroll
             his heirs Executors Administrators or Assignes the just and
             full sume of seventy Pounds Current Money of Maryland
             at or before the first day of Aprill which shall be in the
             Year of Our Lord God seventeen Hundred Thirty & three
