(472) with the Legal thereon yearly then the
foregoing Deed of Bargain and sale to be void but in Case of Failure of the Payment of the said sume of seventy pounds with the intrest thereon at the time aforesaid then the said Joseph Wilson Doth hereby for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Release all title claim or Equity of redemption of the Premisses and doth hereby fully and absolutely convey the Lands aforesaid to the said Daniell Carroll his heirs and assigns for Ever To have and to Hold the said Bargained Lands and Premisses to him the said Daniel his heirs and assignes for Ever In Witness Whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seales the Day and year first above Written Joseph Wilson Seale Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Anne Tasker Benj.a Tasker On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Indorsed vizt January the first One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty Then received of the within Mencond Daniel Carroll the full sume of seventy pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned 70£ Witness Benj.a Tasker Joseph Wilson Be it remembred that on the second day of Jan.ry One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty M.r Joseph Wilson party to the within Deed Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the same according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases Provided And the Lands and Premisses therein Mencond to be the right and property of Daniel Carroll party likeways thereto his heirs and assigns Benj.a Tasker 11 sides Recorded January the 5.th 1730 |
