(454) and his heirs the aforemencond to be Granted
Land and Premisses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and Every part and parcell thereof to him the said Vachel Denton his heirs and assigns for Ever from and against him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes and from and against all Manner of person or persons whatsoever Claiming by from or under him the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes shall and will Warrant and for Ever hereafter Defend by these presents And the said William Worthington Doth hereby further for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Vachel Denton his heirs and assigns that he the said William Worthington and his heirs shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable request Costs and Charges in y.e Law of him the said Vachel Denton his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be so done or so suffered all or any such further and other reasonable Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances or Assurances in the Law Whatsoever as by the said Vachel Denton his heirs or assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised Devised or required for the further & more perfect assureance surety and sure making of all and singular the intended to be hereby bargained land & premisses and every part and parcell thereof unto him the said Vachel Denton his heirs and assignes for Ever Provided that such Further or other Deed shall import no other Warrants but against him the said ^William^ Worthington and his heirs and all persons Claiming by from or under him them or any of them according to the true Intent and Meaning of the parties to these presents In Witness whereof the party first above Named Hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and William Worthington Delivered in presence seale of us Tho.s Worthington John Jones September the 8.th 1730 Then Received of the above Mentioned Vachel Denton the sume of one hundred & (Ten) |
