(444)    right title Inheritance Just Benifitt Claim and demand
             whatsoever of him the said William Beckingham into
             or out of the same or any part thereof and all Deeds
             Evidences and writeings whatsoever touching or in any
             wise Concerning the same premisses or any part or
             parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Two
             shopps Mencond to be hereby Granted Bargained Sold
             Aliend Released and Confirmed and Other the Premisses
             with their & Every of their appurtenances to the said
             Thomas Hockenhall his heirs and Assigns for Ever for the
             only proper use and Behoof of the said Thomas Hockenhull
             and of his heirs and assigns for Ever and the said William
             Beckingham for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators
             Doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to & with
             the said Thomas Hockenhull his heirs & assignes by these
             presents in Manner and forme following that is to say
             that for and Notwithstanding any Act Matter or thing
             Whatsoever by the said William Beckingham done
             Committed or Wittingly or Willingly suffered to the Contrary
             He the said William Beckingham standeth Lawfully and
             Rightfully Intituled in his Demesne as of Fee of and
             in the said Two shops and premisses with the appurtenances
             in Reversion Expectant immediatly on y.e Death
             of the said Anne Beckingham without any Limitation
             or Restraint Whatsoever And that he the said Will.m
             Beckingham hath at the time of Executing these
             present in himselfe Good right & full power & authority
             To Grant Convey & release the Reversion and Inheritance
             of the said Thomas Hockenhull his heirs & assigns
             at all times hereafter peaceably and Quietly to hold and
             Enjoy the said premisses and Receive the Rents & profitts
             thereof for his and their own use without the Deniall or
             Interuption of the said William Beckingham his heirs
             or assigns or any Other person or persons whatsoever
             free & Clear of all Other and former Gifts Granted
             Bargaines Sales Leases Mortgages uses Wills Judgments
             Executions and Extents whatsoever Against which the
             said William Beckingham for himselfe his heirs
