(445)    Executors Administrators and Assigns doth hereby Covenant
             promise and Agree to and with the said Thomas Hockenhull
             his heirs and assigns him them and every of them ever
             to save harmless Defend and keep Indempnified And
             Moreover that the said William Beckingham and his
             heirs and all and Every other person & persons haveing
             or Lawfully Claiming or which shall or may have or
             Lawfully Claim any Estate Right Title or Intrest either
             in Law or Equity of into or out of the said Two shopps
             and premisses with the appurtenances Mencond to be
             hereby Granted & Released or Either of them or any
             part of them from by or under or in Trust for the
             said William Beckingham shall and will from time
             to time and at all times hereafter upon the reasonable
             request Costs and Charges in the Law of the Said Thomas
             Hockenhull his heirs ^or^ and assigns make do Levy
             Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done
             Levyed Acknowledged Suffered and Executed all & Every
             such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act
             and Acts thing and things Conveyances and Assurances
             in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect
             assureing and Conveying of the premisses above
             above Mencond to the use of the said Thomas Hockenhull
             his heirs and assignes for Ever so as the party or parties
             who shall be desired or requested to make or do the same
             be not Compelled or Compelable for the doing thereof
             to go or travell above five Miles from his or their
             place or places of above In Witness whereof the
             said William Beckingham has hereunto put
             his hand & seale the Day and year first above

       being first Legally stampt
       in the presence of
             Burd.n Crosby
             Benj.a Moreshead

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus
