(434)    Belonging or any ways Appertaining to the Said
             Ariana Jenings her heirs and assigns for Ever To and for
             the only proper use and behoofe of the said Ariana Jenings
             her heirs and assigns and to no other use Intent or purpose
             Whatsoever As alsoe To have and to hold the afd
             Negroes and Cattle together with their Increase to the said
             Ariana Jenings her Executors Administrators or Assigns
             or to no Other Intent or purpose Whatsoever And the
             said Henry Evans for himselfe his heirs Executors and
             Administrators Doth Covenat Grant & Agree to & with
             the said Ariana Jennings her heirs and assigns that he
             the said Henry Evans shall and will from time to time
             and at all times for Ever hereafter Warrant & Defend
             the af.d One Thousand Acres of Land and Premisses hereby
             Intended to be Granted as also the severall Negroes &
             Cattle aforesaid together with their increase from all
             Former Bargains sales Leases Titles & Incumbrances
             Whatsoever ^&^ Against all Manner of persons Whatsoever
             unto the said Ariana Jennings her heirs & assigns for Ever
             the Rents & services hereafter to grow due to the Lord
             propry Excepted Provided Always & it is the true
             Intent & Meaning of the parties to these presents that
             in Case the said Henry Evans his Executors or Adm.rs shall
             at or before the Twenty seventh day of Aprill which
             shall be in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred
             & Thirty three pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Ariana
             Jennings her Executors Administrators or Assigns the
             above sumes of Four Hundred & Thirty four pounds five
             shillings and One penny three farthings sterl & One
             Hundred Twenty One pounds Nineteen shillings and
             four pence Currency with Legall Intrest for the same
             sums yearly and every year dureing the said Term
             of three years & to be paid on the Twenty seventh
             Day of Aprill yearly that then this Deed & all the
             Clauses & Covenants therein Contained are to be void &
             of no Effect Otherwise to be of full force and virtue
             In Law In Witness Whereof the parties aforesaid
             to these presents their Hands & seales have sett the
             Day and Year first above Written
