(433)    Lyne Drawn North West Four Hundred perches and
             from thence with a Lyne Drawn to the Aforemencond
             pick Hiccory Containing and laid Out for One Thousand
             Acres more or less as is by the aforesaid recited
             Deed referrence being thereunto had may
             more fully and at Large Appear Now This
             present Indenture Further Witnesseth that
             the said Henry Evans for and in Consideration of
             the sume of Four hundred and Thirty four pounds
             Five shillings and One penny three farthings
             sterl Money of Great Brittain And One hundred
             and Twenty One pounds Nineteen shilling & four
             pence Currency to him the said Henry Evans in
             hand well and truly paid by the said Ariana Jenings
             at or before the sealling & Delivery hereof y.e Receipt
             whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof
             Doth Acquitt and Discharge the said Ariana Jenings
             her heirs and assigns by these presents He the said
             Henry Evans Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold
             Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed & by these presents
             he Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff
             and Confirm unto the said Ariana Jennings & to
             his heirs and assigns for Ever All that the Said
             Tract or parcell of Land scituate Bounded and
             being as aforesaid & Containing One Thousand Acres
             as aforesaid Together with all and singular the
             premisses and appurtenances thereto belonging or
             in any Wise appurtaining And the said Henry
             Evans Hath Also in Consideration of the sume of
             Money af.d Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
             Enfeoffed and Confirmed & by these Presents He
             Doth Give grant Bargain sell Alien Enfeoff and
             Confirm unto the said Ariana Jennings her Executors
             Administrators and Assigns the severall
             Negroes hereafter Mencond that is to say Guy
             Jack Joane Pegg & Mimba a Girl as alsoe sixteen
             Head of Black Cattle Marked with a Cropp ^slit^ & under
             keal in Each Ear together with the Increase of the said
             Negroes and Cattle To have and to hold the af.d
             One Thousand Acres of Land hereby Intended to be
             Granted Together with all the Houses Outhouses
             Edificies Buildings Barns Stables Gardens Orchards
             Fencings all and Every the Appurtenances thereunto
