(430)    By the Deed of partition aforesaid was Devided or Allotted
             unto them or Either of them That is to say that part
             Distinguished by the said Deed into the fourth Dividend or
             Allotment Begining at the End of the West and by South
             Two hundred & Fifty perches Line of the first part
             or Allotment Mencond in the Deed aforesaid being so
             many perches in that Lyne of the whole Tract and
             Runs thence still West and by South with Exterior Line
             of the said Tract Two hundred and Fifty perches then
             North And by West One hundred and sixty perches
             thence East and by North Two hundred and fifty perches
             thence with a streight Lyne to the Beginning Containing
             Two hundred And fifty Acres of Land together
             with all and singular the Improvements rights profits
             and appurtenances thereon or thereto belonging
             or Estate which they the said William & Mary his
             Wife they or Either of them have or Ought to have
             in or to the said Tract of Land Called the Uncles Good
             Will, or any part or parcell thereof To have and to
             Hold to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
             assigns for Ever To his and their proper use & Behoof
             and to no other Use Meaning or Intent whatsoever
             The said Two hundred & fifty Acres of Land part of
             that Tract of Land Called the Uncles Goodwill with
             all the rights profitts and advantages thereon or
             thereto belong or any Other part or parcell of
             the said Tract of Land Called the Uncles Goodwill
             which became the right of the said William Maccoy
             and Mary his Wife or Either of them And the said
             William Maccoy and Mary his Wife do Covenant
             Grant and Agree to and with ^him^ the said Charles
             that they or Either of them their or Either of their
             Heirs shall and will from time to time and at
             all times hereafter the aforesaid Bargained Premisses
             Warrant and Defend as well against them
             the said William & Mary they or Either of them
             their or Either of their heirs as Against all Manner
             of persons and Claims Whatsoever unto him
             the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for Ever
             And the said William Maccoy and Mary do further
             Covenant and Agree with him the said Charles Carroll
