(431) That they the said William and Mary or Either
them shall and will at any time within the space & term of seven years from the Date hereof at the reasonable Request of him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & or assigns Do and suffer to be done & Executed Any Other or further Deed or Conveyance in the Law for the more sure Making Over and Confirming unto him the same Charles the aforesaid Bargained Premisses which he or his Learned Councill in the Law shall Devise or Advise In Witness Whereof and the foregoing premises the said parties have hereunto interchangably set their hands & seales the Day and year first Written Signd Sealed and William Maccoy seale her Delivered in the Mary O Maccoy seale presence of us mark Jo Carroll M Taylor On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorsed vizt June 22.d 1730 Then Received of Doctor Charles Carroll Thirty two pounds ten shillings being the Consideration Money within Mencond I say received by me Tes.t William Mackcoy Jo Carroll M Taylor June 22.d 1730 Then Came before me One of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the within Named William Maccoy and Mary his Wife & acknowledged the within Deed And the Land and Premisses therein Granted and sold to be the right of Doctor Charles Carroll pty to the within Deed his heirs and assigns for Ever And the said Mary being privately Examind (a part) |
