(429)     the Province of Maryland One the One part And Charles
             Carroll of the City of Annapolis surgeon on the Other
             part Witnesseth Whereas Charles Carroll of the
             City aforesaid Esq.r Deceased by his Last Will and
             Testament bearing date the 1.st day of December
             Anno Domini 1718 Among Other things therein did
             Will and Bequeath unto Elinor Boyd Joyce Bradford
             Margret Macnemara & Mary Maccoy a Tract or parcell
             of Land Lying in Baltemore County Called the
             Uncles Good Will Containing One Thousand Acres
             of Land as by the said Will reference thereto being
             had many more at Large appear which said Land
             By an Indenture bearing Date the tenth day
             of June 1730 was by the Joynt Consent of the said
             Elinor Margerett Joyce & Mary Devises as aforesaid
             and parties to the said Indenture Divided and Alloted 
             into four parts Dividends or Allotments as by the
             said Deed Referance thereto being had may more at
             Large appear the said Dividens or Allotments being
             Numbred One, Two, three, four, which said fourth Allotm.t
             fell to and became the purparty of her the said Mary
             Maccoy   Now this Indenture further
             Witnesseth that the said William Maccoy and
             Mary his wife for and in Consideration of the sume
             of Thirty two pounds Ten Shillings Current Money of
             Maryland to them in hand paid and sattisfied at
             and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
             presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby
             acknowledge and thereof Do Acquit and Discharge
             him the said Charles Carroll his heirs Esq.rs & Adm.rs Have
             Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed &
             Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs
             and Assigns for Ever all their or Either of their
             Estate right Title Intrest Claim and Demand of
             in and to the said Tract of Land Called the Uncles Goodwill
             Lying in Baltemore County aforesaid or to any
             part or parcell thereof which by the will Afores.d
             became their or Either of their right or Estate or
