(426)    June the 13.th 1730 Then Came before me the subscriber one
             of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court y.e within
             named Mich.ll Taylor and acknowledged the within Deed  
             and the Land & premisses therein Mencond to be the
             Right & Estate of the within Mencond Doctor Charles Carroll
             according to an act in such case made & provided

       x.d This Indenture made the tenth day of June Anno Dom
             One Thousand seven hundred & thirty Between Margaret
             Macnamara of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundell
             County Relict of Thomas Macnamara Esq.r of the said place
             Declared of the first part John Boyd of Queen Anns Town in
             Prince Georges County and Elinor his Wife of the second
             part William Maccoy of the said County of Prince Georges
             and Mary his Wife of the third part and Joyce
             Bradford of Prince Georges County Relict of Coll John
             Bradford of said County deceased of the fourth part
             Whereas Charles Carroll Esq.r of the City of Annapolis in
             Ann Arundell County Deceased by his Will bearing Date
             the first day of December Anno Domini One Thousand
             seven hundred & eighteen did bequeath unto the said
             Margeret Elinor Mary and Joyce by the Names of Elinor
som original x      Boyd Margaret Macnemara Joyce Bradford & Maccoy
             a Tract of Land Called Uncles Goodwill Lying in Baltimore
             County Beginning at the end of the West by
             South Lyne being the second course of a Tract of Land
             laid out for John Davall Called the Out Quarter thence
             with the said Land South by East three hundred & Twenty
             perches thence West by South five hundred perches
             North by West three hundred & twenty perches then
             with a streight Lyne to the first Tree Containing One
             Thousand Acres of Land   And Whereas by the said
             Will the said Margaret Elinor Mary and Joyce are
             Tennants in Common in the said Land Now this
             Indenture Wittnesseth that for a Division of the
             said Tract of Land to be made between the said
             parties to these presents that Every of them may hold
             and enjoy their part in severalty to them their heirs
             & assigns It is hereby Covenanted Granted Concluded
