(427)    And Agreed by and Between all the said parties to these
             presents for them and their heirs in Manner and form
             following that is to say that the first allotment
             beginning at the End of the South and by East
             three hundred & twenty perches Line of the whole
             Tract running West by South Two hundred & Fifty
             perches North by West One hundred & sixty perches
             East by North Two hundred and Fifty perches then
             Fifty Acres of Land part of the said Land Called Uncles
             Good Will shall be Called Distinguished & known by
             the Name of the first Division or the first Allotment
             and the second Allotment beginning at the End
             of the East & by North Two hundred & fifty perches
             Line of the first allotment and Runs West and
             by South Two hundred & fifty perches then North
             and by West One hundred & sixty perches East and
             by North Two hundred and Fifty perches then to
             the Beginning Containing Two hundred & fifty Acres
             part of the said Land of Uncles Good will shall be
             Called Distinguished & known by the Name of the
             second Division of the second allotment & the third
             allotment beginning at the End of the West and by
             South Two hundred & fifty perches Line of the second
             allotment and Runs West & by South Two hundred & fifty
             perches North & by West One hundred & sixty perches
             East & by North Two hundred & fifty perches then
             to the beginning Containing Two hundred & fifty
             acres of Land part of the said Land of Uncles Good
             Will shall be Called Distinguished & known by the
             Name of the third Division or the third allotment & the
             fourth allotment beginning at the End of the West
             and by South Two hundred & fifty perches Line of the
             First allotment and Runs thence West & by South Two
             Hundred and fifty perches North & by West One hundred
             & sixty perches East and by North Two hundred and
             Fifty perches then to the beginning Containing two
             Hundred & Fifty acres of Land part of the said Land
             of Uncles Goodwill shall be Called Distinguished and
             Known by the Name of the fourth Division or the fourth
             allotment And it is hereby further Covenanted Granted
             and Agreed by and between the said parties to these
             presents for them their heirs & assigns Respectively
             that the said first Division or allotment Called
