(423)    presents And also that he the said Edward Mitchell his
             Heirs Executors ^and^ Administrators and every of them all and
             every the hereby before Granted five Tracts or parcells of
             Land (vizt) Cockstole, Pryors Neglect, Mitchels Range,
             Mitchells Chance, and Hen Roost & all and every other y.e
             premisses with their & every of their appurtenances
             against him the said Edward Mitchell his heirs Executors
             and Administrators and every of them and against all
             and every other persons whatsoever herein or claiming
             To have any right title or intrest of in or to the same or of
             in or to any part or parcell thereof shall and will Warr.t
             and for ever hereafter ^by these presents^ Defend according to the true Intent
             and Meaning of these presents Provided Nevertheless
             And it is the true Intent and Meaning of these presents
             and it is Covenanted Concluded Conditioned And Agreed by
             and Between the said parties to these presents that
             if the said Edward Mitchell his heirs Executors Adm.rs
             or assigns or any of them Do and shall well & truly
             Content & pay or Cause to be Contented and paid unto
             the said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Adm.rs or
             assignes at the Dwelling House of the said Richard Snowden
             the full and just sume of ninety four pounds fifteen
             shillings sterl money with Lawfull Intrest for the same
             at or upon or before the first day of June which shall
             be in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
             and Thirty two without fraud guile or further Delay that
             then this present Bargaine and Sale and all & every
             Covenant Grant Article and thing herein Contained
             shall to all effects purposes & Constructions be utterly
             Void frustrate and of None Effect But if Default be
             made in payment of the above said sume in part or
             in the whole contrary to the time and form above
             Declared and exprest that then this present Bargain
             and sale and all and every Covenant Grant Article
             and thing herein Contained shall to all effects and
             purposess stand be remain and abide in its full force
             power strength and virtue any thing herein before
             exprest to the Contrary thereof in any Wise notwithstanding
             In Witness whereof the said Edward Mitchel
             hath to this present  indenture put his hand & seale
             the day & year first above Written
      
       Signed sealed & delivd in
       the presence of us the words            Edward Mitchell   seale
       (Called Swan Creek) betwixt
       the twelfth & thirteenth
       Lynes and the words following (belonging
       or in any wise appertaining) betwixt
