(422)    use and Behoof of him the said Richard Snowden his
             heirs and assigns for ever And the said Edward Mitchell
             Doth hereby for himselfe his heirs Executors & Admin.rs
             Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Rich.d Snowden
             his heirs and assigns in form ensuing That is to say that he
             the said Edward Mitchell now is & at the execution of the first
             Estate to be had & made of and in the premisses to the said
             Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns according to the true
             intent & meaning of these presents shall then be soley
             seized and true and Lawfull Owner of the said Five Tracts
             of Land & all other the hereby Bargained Premisses of
             a Good Lawfull & indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in
             Fee simple without any Condition or Limitation to alter Change
             or Evict the same And that he now hath & at the Execution
             of the said Estate shall then have Good right and Lawfull &
             Absolute Authority to Grant Bargain Sell Convey & Confirm
             the af.d five Tracts of Land & all & every the hereby bargained
             premisses unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs
             and assigns for ever And that the af.d five Tracts of Land
             and every of them and all ^and^ every their appurtences now are
             and so from henceforth shall be saved remain and kept
             unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for ever
             free & clear and freely and Clearly accquitted exonerated &
             Discharged of & from all & all manner of incumbrances
             whatsoever And also that he the said Edward Mitchell
             his heirs Executors & Adm.rs and every of them and all and
             every other person or persons Lawfully haveing or
             claiming to have any right title Estate or Intrest of in
             or to the hereby before Granted premisses with their
             appurtenances shall & will from time to time &
             at all times hereafter at the proper Costs & Charges in
             the Law of the said Richard Snowden his heirs or assigns
             & when ^&^ so often as he they or any of them shall be
             thereunto reasonably required by the said Rich.d Snowden
             his heirs or assigns or any of them make do suffer &
             Execute all & every such other and further Lawfull &
             Reasonable Acts things Devices Deeds Conveyances and
             assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the said Richard
             Snowden his heirs or assigns or his or their Councill Learned
             in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required
             for the further Better and more perfect assurance surety
             and sure making and conveying of all & singular the above
             hereby Granted five Tracts or parcells of Land and all &
             every other the premisses with their & every of their appurtenances
             unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns
             for ever according to the true intent & meaning of these
