(421)    By Estimation One hundred & Fifty Acres of Land
             be the same more or less And the other Tract or parcell
             of Land called or known by the name of Hen Roost
             Containing by Estimation One hundred & sixty four
             Acres of Land be the same more or less all which
             before Mencond Five Tracts of Land are Contegious
             and adjoyning one to another & contains together
             in the whole Four hundred & ninety four Acres be
             the same More or Less Together with all plantations
             and Houses the Dwellings plantation & house of him
             the aforesaid Edward Mitchell and one Water Mill
             (scituate and being one some one or more of the abovesaid
             Tracts (And also all other Houses Edificies buildings,
             Gardens, Orchards, woods, Underwoods profitts
             Comodities and appurtenances whatsoever to the
             said Five Tracts or parcells of Land or to any of
             them belonging or in any wise appurtaining and
             now accepted reputed used or known as part parcell
             or member of the same and now being in the Tenure
             or Occupation of the said Edward Mitchell or his
             assigns & all the Estate right Title Intrest use and
             Remainder possession inheritance Claim & Demand
             whatsoever of him the said Edward Mitchell
             his heirs Executors or Administrators of in or to the
             said Five Tracts or parcells of Land or of in or to
             any of them or of in or to any part or parcell thereof
             And also all and Every the patents Deeds Evidences
             Charges Writeings Escripts and Minuments touching and
             Concerning only the said Bargained Premisses or any
             part or parcell thereof By the said Edward Mitchell
             his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns to be Delivered
             unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs or
             assigns within two whole years next ensuing the
             Date of these presents whole safe uncancelled and
             undefaced To have and to hold the said five
             Tracts of Land Containing four hundred & ninety four
             Acres of Land and all the above premisses with all
             and singular their appurtenances before by these
             presents Bargained & sold or meant Mencond or
             Intended to be hereby Bargained & sold and every
             part and parcell thereof unto the said Richard Snowden
             his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper
