(418)    Lawfull Owner of the said Tract of Land & all other the hereby
             Bargained premisses of a Good Lawfull and Indefeazable
             Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple without any Condition
             or Limitation to alter change or evict same And that he
             Now hath and at the Execution of the said Estate shall then
             have full power good Right & Lawfull & Absolute Authority
             to grant bargain sell confirm and convey the aforesaid Tract
             of Land And all & every the hereby bargained premisses
             unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for
             ever And that the aforesaid Four hundred & Twenty two
             Acres of Land and all & every the appurtenances now are &
             so from henceforth shall be saved remain and kept unto
             the said Rich.d Snowden his heirs and assigns for ever free and
             Clear and freely and Clearly acquitted Exonerated & Dischargd
             of and from all & all manner of incumbrances whatsoever
             And that he the said John Hudson his heirs Executors & Adm.rs
             and all & every other person or persons Lawfully haveing
             or Claiming to have any right title Estate or Intrest
             of in or to the hereby before Granted premisses with their
             appurtenances shall & will from time to time and ^at^ all
             times hereafter when & as often as he they or any of them
             shall be thereunto reasonably required by the said
             Richard Snowden his heirs or assigns or any of them make
             do suffer acknowledge and execute at the proper Costs and
             Charges in the Law of the said Richard Snowden his heirs &
             assigns all & every such further Lawfull & Reasonable
             Acts Things Devises Deeds & assurances in the Law whatsoever
             for the further Better and more perfect assurance
             surety & sure making and Conveying of all and singular
             the hereby Granted premisses with their appurtenances
             unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns for
             ever according tot eh true intent & meaning of these presents
             or by any other Lawfull or reasonable ways or Means
             in the Law as by the said Richard Snowden his heirs or
             assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall
             be reasonably Devised Advised or required And also
             that he the said John Hudson his heirs Executors & Administrators
             and every of them the aforesaid hereby Granted
             Tract of Land Called Johns Lane and every other the appurtenances
             with their appurtenances against him
             the said John Hudson his heirs Executors & Administrators
             & against all & every other persons whatsoever
