(417) Dorchester County aforesaid Beginning at
a Bounded Black Walnutt Tree standing by the Rivers Side near the Lower Bridge of the aforesaid River and Runing thence According to the severall Courses and Distances Exprest in the Certificate of survey thereof & containeth by estimation four Hundred Twenty two Acres be the same more or Less Together with all & singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Woods Underwoods profits Comodities and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or parcell of Land called Johns Lane belonging or in any wise appertaining And now accepted reputed used or known as part or parcell of Member of the said and now being in the tenure or occupation of the said John Hudson or his assigns And all the Estate right Title Intrest use possession remainder Inheritance Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Hudson his heirs Executors or Administrators of in or to the said Tract of Land Called Johns Lane or of in or to any part or parcell thereof and also all & every the patents Deed Evidences Charges writeings escripts and minuments touching or concerning only the said Bargained premises or any part or parcell thereof To be Delivered unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs or assigns by the said John Hudson his heirs Executors Adm.rs or assigns within four whole years & one month Next Ensuing the Date of these Presents whole safe Uncancelled and undefaced To have and to hold the said Four Hundred & twenty two Acres of Land Called Johns Lane and all other the premisses with all & singular their appurtenances before by these presents bargained and sold or mencond or intended to be hereby bargaind and sold & every part & parcell thereof unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever And the said John Hudson Doth hereby for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant grant & agree to & with the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns in form ensuing That is to say ^that he the said^ John Hudson now is and at the execution of the first estate to be had & made of and in the premisses to the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns according to the true intent & meaning of these presents shall then be solely seized & true and (Lawfull) |
