(419)    Haveing or Claiming to have any right Title or Intrest
             of in or to the same or of in or to any part or parcell
             thereof unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and
             assigns shall & will Warrant and for Ever hereafter defend
             Provided Nevertheless and it is covenanted concluded
             conditioned and agreed by & between the said parties
             to these presents that if the said John Hudson his
             heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of
             them do & shall well and truly consent and pay or cause
             to be contented and paid unto the said Richard Snowden
             his Executors Administrators or Assigns at the Dwelling
             House of the said Richard Snowden the full and just
             sum of One hundred seventy two pounds Eight shill  
             & six pence Current Money of Maryland aforesaid
             with Lawfull Intrest for the same at upon or
             before the Twenty Ninth day of June which shall be
             in the year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
             and thirty four without fraud guile or further delay
             that then this present Bargain and Sale & all & every
             Covenant grant Article & thing herein Contained shall
             to all Effects purposes & Constructions be utterly void
             frusterate & of none effect But if Default be made
             in payment of the above said sume in part or in the
             whole Contrary to the time and form above Declared &
             exprest that then this present Bargain & Sale & all & every
             Covenant Grant Article and thing herein Contained
             shall to all effects & purposes stand be remain & abide
             in its full force power strength & Virtue any thing
             herein before expressed to the Contrary thereof in any
             wise notwithstanding In Witness whereof the said
             John Hudson hath to this present Indenture Put his
             Hand & seale the Day & year first above Written

             Delivered in the
             presence of us
                Thomas Canner
                      John Wolff

                On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorst
                viz.t
