(415) Delay And the said William Worthington for
himselfe & his heirs and assigns doth hereby Covenant and Agree that he the said William Worthington and his heirs & assignes shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Lord of the soil what rent or Rents shall become due unto him and shall Indamnifie and keep the said Benjamin Hammond and his heirs Executors admin.s and Assigns free from payment thereof and the Said William Worthington for himselfe his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise and Grant to and with the said Benjamin Hammond his Executors Administrators and Assignes by these presents that he the said William Worthington now is and standeth Lawfully seized in the aforesaid two severall Tracts of Lands & premisses with the appurtenances in an Absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any condition or trust to alter the same and that he hath good right and power to Demise and Grant the same in Manner aforesaid And that he the said Benjamin his Executors Administrators & Assigns shall and may peacably and Quietly possess & enjoy the same & all & singular the premisses for & dureing the Demised term af.d without any Lett Trouble or Disturbance of the said William Worthington & his heirs or assigns or of any person or persons whatsoever And further that the the said William Worthington & his heirs & assignes shall at any time during the time hereby Granted at y.e Request and Costs & Charges in Law of the said Benjamin Hammond his Executors Administrators and assigns make doe and Execute such further Act & Acts Assurance and Assurances thing and things whatsoever for the further Confirming of the term hereby Granted unto the said Benjamin Hammond his Executors Administrators or Assigns as by his or their Councill in the Law shall be reasonably advised Devised or required In Witness Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands & seals the Day & year first above Written Sealed and Delivered the Will.m Worthington seale Word (presents) in the Twenty seven the Lyne being first Benj.a Hammond seale Interlined in presence of Cha Carroll Vachel Denton (On) |
