(414)    Said Two Tracts of Land lately were in the Tenour & Occupation
             of Thomas Homewood of Ann Arundell County aforesaid together
             with free ingress egress and regress for the said Benja
             Hammond his heirs and assignes and his and their servants
             and Labourours into and out of the same for and dureing
             the term hereafter Mentioned To have and to hold the
             aforesaid Two Tracts and Demised premisses and every
             part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances to
             the said Benjamin his heirs Executors Administrators or
             Assignes for and Dureing the Term of ninety nine years
             which said Term of years is hereby to begin from the
             first day of December next he the said Benjamin being
             hereby oblidged not to Committ any Willfull waste on
             the said Demised Land & premises or any wise to sell
             or to dispose of the Timber or other trees thereon growing
             unless of such as are on the Tobacco Ground or Corn
             feilds to be tended hereafter and Cultivated by the said
             Benjamin his heirs and assigns and fully to be Compleat
             and Ended yeilding and paying therefore yearly and
             and every year dureing the Term hereby Granted unto
             the said William Worthington his heirs and assignes six
             pounds Current Money aforesaid at or upon the first
             Day of December then next ensuing Provided Always
             that if it shall happen that the said yearly Rent of six
             pounds or any part thereof shall happen to Remain
             unpaid by the Space of forty days after any Terme of
             payment on which the same ought to be paid that
             then it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said
             William Worthington his heirs and assignes into the
             aforesaid Two severall Tracts of Lands and premisses to  
             Reenter & Reposses as if these presents had never been
             made any thing herein Contained to the Contrary
             Notwithstanding And the said Benjamin Hammond for
             himselfe his Executors Administrators & Assigns Doth Coven.t
             and Grant to and with the said William Worthington his
             Executors Administrators & Assignes by these presents that
             he the said Benjamin Hammond his Executors Adm.rs and
             Assignes shall and will yearly & every year dureing the
             Term hereby Granted well and truly pay or Cause to be
             paid unto the said William Worthington his heirs &
             assigns the yearly Rent of six pounds Current Money
             aforesaid before Mencond to be paid at the days & times
             herein Limmitted for payment thereof without fraud or
