(411)    same fourth part of the Mannor and Tract of Land aforesaid in four
             four parts Equally to be divided with all and singular the appurts
             and granted premisses unto him the said Thomas Bordley his
             heirs and assignes for ever as Ten.t or Ten.ts in common thereof to
             the only proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas Bordley his
             heirs and assignes for ever and to none other use Intent or purpose
             whatsoever and the said Matthias doth hereby for him self ^and^ his
             heirs covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
             Thomas Bordley his heirs and assignes that he the said Matthias
             at and before and until the passing of the hereby ^bargained^ granted premisses
             by these presents is and stands seized of and in as good ample and
             indefeazible Estate Estate of Inheritance in fee of ^in^ and unto one half
             part of the said Mannor and Tract of Land with the premisses and
             appurts into two parts Equally to be divided as he the said Matthias
             ever heretofore had to the whole Mannor afd or to any part thereof
             And further that he the said Mathias the full fourth part of the
             Manner Lands and premisses afd with the appurts afd in to four
             parts equally to be divided unto him the said Thomas Bordley his
             heirs and assignes for ever from and against him the said Matthias
             his heirs and assignes and from and against all Manner of Persons  
             claiming or to claim any Lawfull right title or interest of in or
             unto the hereby intended to be bargained premisses from by or
             under him the said Mathias shall and will Warrant and for
             ever hereafter defend by these presents And further that he the
             said Mathias and his heirs shall and will at any time hereafter
             at the reasonable Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said
             Thomas his heirs or assignes make do suffer acknowledge and
             Execute or Cause to be so done all and every such further and other
