(410)             x.d             This Indenture made this twenty fourth day of October Anno
                                    Dom seventeen hundred and twenty four Between Mathias Van Bibber
                                    of Cecil County Gent of the one part and Thomas Bordley of Ann Arundell County
M.d This deed is                  Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that the said Mathias for and in Consideration
recorded by Vertue           of the sum of Ninety five pounds Sterl to him the said Mathias
of an Act of Assembly       by the said Thomas in hand paid or secured to be paid the receipt
past for that payment        whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge hath given granted bargained sold
in June 1730 Vide              Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and doth by these presents for himself
Book of Laws                   and his heirs give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm
Lib L N.o 5 fo 351              unto him the said Thomas Bordley his heirs and assignes for ever
                                     the full one fourth part of all that Tract or Manner of Land Called
                                     Augustine or S.t Augustines Mannour Begining at the Mouth of a
                                     Certain Creek in Delaware river at the Upper end of Reeden Island
                                     called S.t Georges Creeke and from thence down along by the river to an
                                     other Creek called Appoquinemen Creek to the head thereof thence
                                     Northerly over Joyning upon the back of Bohemia Mannor across the
                                     head of the back Creek to the Cart road which Leads from the back
                                     Creek to Jacob Youngs thence along upon an Easterly Course by the
                                     said road to the head of Saint Georges Creeke and then down the said
                                     Run and Creek to the place of begining at the Mouth thereof again
                                     being thus bounded on the east with Delaware river on the south
                                     with Appoquinnemen Creek and west with Bohemia Mannor and on
                                     the North with the said Cart road and S.t Georges Creeke let the same
                                     Contain what Number or quantity of Acres of Land or Marsh soever
                                     that is to say one fourth part of the said Tract or Mannor of Land afd
                                     in four parts Equally to be divided together with an equal proportionable
                                     part of all rights Franchises priviledges advantages Immunities
                                     and all other appurts to the same Manner and tract of Land afd
                                     belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
                                                                                                                            (same)
